a)

Once a work is created, it is protected by copyright:

• Only the author has the right to authorize reproduction or modification of a work.
• This right is not for the owner of the work, even if it was sold, loaned or given.

b)

If a design must be reproduced on postcards, in books, on posters or other material, permission is to ask the author or in this case the above Editions.

c)

The benefits of copyright will rise to a maximum of 15% of retail sales, in addition, the name of the work and copyright (C), which belongs to the above editions, and the name of the artist must be clearly mentioned.

d)

The copyright may be transferred to the client after payment, a contract will be established to set the terms.
